3. Shipping Destinations: Homing Touch currently ships to the United States, only. 

4. Shipping Providers: We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery. The shipping carrier used for your order will be determined based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

5. Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. 8. Lost or Stolen Packages: Homing Touch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend selecting a secure shipping address to minimize the risk of theft.

9. Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure timely and successful delivery. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately to make the necessary corrections.

10. Returns Due to Non-Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the product cost, excluding shipping fees.
